Not ready for a host program or a Webmaster - hell no - I rather have a raw blog to begin with and see how it goes.

Just thinking that people - hopefully - lots of people - are reading my  blog - my thoughts for the day - is like - wow - this is pretty amazing.

The niche for this blog - is to reach out to the newbie blogger out there - or anyone interested in blogging - to share what works for me and what doesn't.

Right now I am using Google Money - from a coupon - so that's okay - but if I start losing my own money - then that won't be okay!

A Blogger's top secret - is Google Adsense. I love it - and they let you use their affiliate Amazon Associates for free.  Free is good - and you can make money too!

Today, I would like to teach you - what is a link?  A link is something that will bring you to a specific website.  For example: a link for www.swagbucks.com will take you to that specific site. And, swagbucks gives you free stuff and is spam free.

Blog Success Stories

I really love reading Blog Success Stories. I guess that is because deep down inside I want my blog to get to a high rank in Google.  Being a newbie blogger so far I think I have done some things right.  Creating the blog was pretty easy.  Designing it was pretty straight forward too.

It made me a little nervous calling Google Support to find out why my Google Adwords were not getting that many - hits - clicks - and the pie graph would have these high and low cycles.

Right now it looks like the pie graph is in a very low cycle.  I only use Canada and the United State as my territory as that is enough to worry about.

The new Blogger interface is up and running and of course - I have to figure everything else out - all over again.  Well, that shouldn't be too difficult. Or will it?

I love featuring Blog Success Stories on my site - because - well - success is good!

I know that she tells you to have more followers than people your following on Twitter - but that is another area I am pretty new at - so thanks for the tip!  I guess I don't twitter enough.

Right now I am trying to use to the new Blogger interface - yikes - not sure I like it.

Stats are down right now - and - I really prefer the old Blogger interface - the dashboard - easier to understand - where in the heck did it go to?

Another problem is where did my Amazon Associates widget go to?  Come back - come back - wherever you are!

The Affiliate Marketing Conference in Las Vegas - wow!

I think that the first year of blogging - your a beginner - and you have lots to learn.

Myself, right now I am just playing around with - Affiliate Marketing - and - blogging - doing it in my spare time - which we all have less of - all the time.  I applied to promote some makeup Affiliates - but have not been approved yet - so we will see.

The Affiliate Marketing Summit in Las Vegas - wow - I want to go there!

These people are promoting - Affiliate Marketing - something I myself - am just finding out about!

In a month or two I will be able to let you know if it works or not.

Blogging for Money is Complicated

You know what - blogging - for money is complicated.  I am beginning to think you need to be a real IT person to even half way understand it.

It is simple enough to design your blog - but - when it comes to the Monetization of the blog - then it gets kinda complicated.  Maybe that is why there is that book called: Blogging for Dummies.  I think I need to get that darn book.

The problem is this: Google Adwords drives traffic to your page - ok - I get that.  Google Adwords does cost money - but - they have a customer support person - who you can call - so that is good.  I am using Google money right now from a coupon - so that is good too.

The problem is that Google Adsense gets confusing and even though it`s enabled - it can stop making money - for some unknown reason.

Then there is Google`s Amazon Associates - that I thought - would always show up on each blog - wrong again - screw up your html code - because you forgot to save it - and in some blogs - like magic - it just does a disappearing act. Now that`s a problem as I am using that as a useful resource.

Well, I can hardly wait until tomorrow to see if my stats are up or down.  

I will learn how to do this even if it takes - forever - really - ya - cause I`m optimistic.

Maybe this is why people need Webmaster`s or host programs - duh - see newbie blogger.

A Las Vegas Blogging Convention - wow!

Loving - Las Vegas holidays - the thought of going to a Las Vegas Blogging Convention - is really cool!  Wow - what a venue - at the Wynn Hotel.

One problem on my blog posts right now is that I stopped earning money from Google Adsense.  Another problem is that Blogger just changed their interface and I am so use to the old Blogger dashboard - which I just got used to - so I am a newbie blogger all over again.

The darn Amazon Associates tool for searching for adds and posting them on my blog has also hit a glitch - it hasn't been showing up - so I have been copying and pasting from other posts - so now my html code - might be messed up - I'm not sure!

This is a hobby for me right now - so - I have to stop Google Adwords - once my Google coupon money runs out. I am pretty sure I can start a new add campaign and get another coupon - will see!

See it gets pretty complicated in the Blogisphere.

Right now I have not been making money while I sleep.

But, I am still pretty excited about being able to listen in on how other Bloggers out their have made large sums of money with their blog.  Some of them started from scratch - just like me.

I still havn't figured out how to add Avatar comments - so sorry - if you have been trying to comment - cause your comments are not showing up just yet.

I have to check my stats everyday now - I am a little concerned that the blog was making some money and then it just died.  Again, maybe I need to change some keywords that I am using with Google Adwords.

Google Adsense should be making at least I would think about $1.00 a day - told you - newbie blogger - so don`t give up your day job.

Blogs That Make IT Big In The Blogisphere

Being a newbie blogger it runs through my mind - what kind of person - makes it big with their blog in this huge blogisphere?  It's like this big Universe of Blogs - and your just like that twinkling little star - will your star shine bright or dim and fade out?  That's really a pretty big question.

If your like me - you dive right in - create your blog - then you find some interesting content - to keep your readers happy.  If someone learns one thing from my blog site today - then I did something right.

My blog tip for today is - that - Google Adsense - seems to be acting up.  For two days now I have made zero money from any of my blogs whereas almost any other day I made at least one dollar.  Not much but something.  So, I did a little research and it seems that a lot of other people have had no revenue in the last few days.  Maybe it's a glitch in their system.

Another tip: right now I am using free coupon money from Google ADWORDS.  Now if I had  been using my own money - not Google's - I would have had no profit whatsoever.

So, I will have to phone the Google support guy next week and see what is wrong.  My blog keywords - should be making me some money.  Otherwise, what is the point of even using ADWORDS?  I mean you get the traffic - and no revenue - I don't think so.

I would suspect to get to the top of Google's rankings and to even be considered a top Blogger - one must become - at first anyway - a Blog-Aholic or Blog Junkie.

For whatever it's worth - I am not there yet - and - maybe that's a good thing.  I can learn, grown, express myself and not be consumed with competing - like I am sure - some Bloggers are!

Hey, a great blogger who made it big and is very down to earth is Chris Brogan.  He wrote a book called - Trust Agents.  Let's listen in to what Chris has to say:
